I'm definitely a B&U fan. Things I particularly like: product information so I can check on ingredients, estimated despatch date so I'm not left wondering where it is, follow-up feedback emails (though I've usually forgotten if I did get the order by the due date by the time the email comes through), great range of products to choose from.
